Programme
Our Artist-in-Residence, Mark Padmore, gives his final concert of the 2020 festival, joined by one of the world’s leading guitarists, Morgan Szymanski – “a player destined for future glories”, Classical Guitar Magazine. They perform songs by John Dowland written around the time of the Mayflower voyage, alongside works by two celebrated British composers of today, threaded together with a good dose of Schubert.
